Total Care Home Services is owned and operated by Dallas Penner.

Growing up on a farm in rural Alberta, Dallas learned the value of a strong work ethic and developed a “fix it” mindset from an early age. Working on the farm through his childhood and teenage years, he learned how to problem solve and tackle many household maintenance tasks.

After high school, Dallas entered the trades and became a journeyman carpenter.

For the first 16 years, Dallas worked for a small rural home builder. He built custom homes, completed major renovations, and helped with several big commercial projects.

Dallas moved to Calgary in 2017 and added to his experience working at a building supply store. He quickly advanced his career into a leadership role by displaying excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

For the last 6 years, Dallas has worked for a large property management company in their renovations and maintenance department. He has completed many tasks in this role, such as renovating apartments, painting, cleaning exterior windows, building upkeep, fixing appliances, emergency repairs, and minor plumbing and electrical.

Dallas’ dedication to excellence is an asset to all of his clients. He has excellent communication skills, a knack for problem solving and a commitment to doing things the right way, the first time.
